- If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us directly within **seven (7) days** of your appointment. We will make every effort to address your concerns and provide an appropriate solution, which may include additional services at the salon’s discretion and expense.
- If, following an adjustment, dissatisfaction remains, we will assess the situation fairly to determine if compensation or credit is appropriate.
- This guarantee becomes void if:
- Services are altered by another stylist before we are consulted
- Non-professional or unsuitable at-home products are used (especially for color-treated hair)
- Refunds are **not available** for hair or extension services.
